Inspection Process

your home inspection at 314-482-7483.
You are welcome to join us on all, or part, of the inspection. This is a
great time for asking questions.
Prior to the start of the inspection we ask that you carefully read
and sign the Inspection Agreement and have payment with
you (if you did not pay already in advance).
Our inspections are a visual inspection of the structural
components and systems which are accessible. Inspections
can take anywhere from 2-5 hours on site (then another
couple of hours to write the report - off site). A
typical inspection includes:
